These wheels are offered in either a 3-piece or 1-piece mono configuration, crafted from strong and lightweight 6061 T6 Aerospace Forged Aluminum. Designed FEA tested and GAWR specifically for high horsepower vehicles, each wheel is meticulously handmade at MV Forged California facility. What sets this series apart is its revolutionary beadlock outer lip, using an unprecedented 12,000 tons of pressure (patent pending) to create its shape. This method enhances the lip’s strength by 25-35% compared to conventional welded beadlock rings on the market, which are prone to weaknesses, bad runout, and leaks. MV Forged employs advanced manufacturing techniques such as 3D surfacing, under scalloping, advanced prep/ finishing and weight reduction, ensuring unparalleled quality engineering and performance. Pairing this series with ARP fasteners as the hardware choice – The Beadlock series exemplifies excellence in the performance wheel industry. Our 4 piece caps can be combined with twill or forged carbon fiber logos. You can match the caps to the wheel or expose an accent color through the Spoke-Lite top piece. These caps are paired with grade 5 titanium bolts in either a silver, black, gold or burnt options.
