Configurations Available

3-Piece

Our flagship configuration is a 3-piece construction, engineered and designed using our deep concave profile forgings with a modified designed “floating spoke” extension. This feature allows us to engineer each set with spokes specifically following the exact contour of the step lip surface resulting in a look, unlike any other wheels.

2-Piece Duo

The 2-piece Duo configuration is a revolutionary two-piece monoblock construction, primary focus is to provide a lightweight, forged aluminum, engineered-to-order alternative to the forged monoblock. The “Duo-Block” provides an entirely new look combining three-piece versatility with one-piece performance & ride quality. Offered with full hidden or exposed hardware.

1-Piece Mono

The 1-piece forging configuration by MV Forged features a one-piece mono-block construction. The “mono-blocks” primary focus is to provide a lightweight, forged aluminum, engineered-to-order, forged mono-block wheel. The mono provides a high-performance OEM upgrade with improved ride quality, and performance.

FINISH OPTIONS

The most time-consuming-yet-rewarding part of the finishing process is the finish stage. That is why we confidently hand chose material from Brisbane Australia, Tokyo Japan and Hamburg Germany. MV Forged premium finish line offers a brushed or polished base paired with transparent powder coats to reveal the beauty and details in the design. At MV Forged we are always learning new ways in achieving the utmost beautiful finishes in our industry.

Transparent Finishes

All Premium Transparent Finishes are an extra charge per part. They are offered in a Satin or Gloss Finish with a base in either a Brushed or High Luster Polish.

Solid Finishes

Solid colors vary in shade, smoothness, and texture. Including gloss, satin, and textured clear coat options. All solid finishes are standard across all MV Forged® wheels.

Cap options

In our Signature Series you have the option to run our 4 piece caps which can be combined with twill or forged carbon fiber logos, or our MV Floater Caps. Our Floater Cap option includes adapters that can run most oem floater cap applications. Our 4-Piece caps can color match the same as the wheel or expose an accent color through the Spoke-Lite top piece. These caps are paired with grade 5 titanium bolts in either a silver, black, gold or burnt options.

4-Piece Caps

All Spoke-Lite™ Wheels come with a standard 4-Piece cap. Our cap options allow you to add accent colors to your wheels with a large variety of colored logos.

Spoke-Lite™ Undercutting

All Spoke-Lite™ Wheel designs now feature our proprietary Spoke-Lite™ Register that reduces around 10% more weight savings and exposes carbon fiber through the register. Scallop Undercutting which has reduced the overall Weight and Un-sprung Mass of every wheel we manufacture. Scalloping the sides of the spokes creates an “I-Beam” cross-section through its length, maximizing its strength to weight.

Hub Pocketing

Each design has been standardized with Through-Hub Pockets between the lug holes that allow for more efficient heat dissipation and reduce un-sprung mass/weight on the wheel hub. Designs are offered under 5 unique build configurations that share and individualize newly developed details. Each set is engraved with your very own unique serial number, load rating and specs.

Standard Titanium Hardware / Text Fill

All Spoke-Lite™ wheels include hidden Grade 5 Titanium bolts on every wheel. Our titanium hardware are 50% lighter than the standard steel hardware. With a tensile strength of 950 MPa and corrosion resistant, you can reduce over an additional 1.5lbs per wheel.
