SL-100 | DETAILS

The SL-100 is milled from the highest quality, TUV rated, forged 6061-T6 Aerospace grade aluminum, each wheelset is tailored to each vehicle application. Utilizing the most optimal combination of lightweight forgings, aggressive profiles, and surface milling techniques/pocketing.
Each model is individually designed and engineered specifically for performance super cars, sedans and SUVs.

Key product features of our 1, 2 and 3-piece forged wheels

4-Piece Caps

All MV Forged Wheels come with a standard 4-Piece cap. Our cap options allow you to add accent colors shown through our proprietary cut through pocketing. Every cap is offered with carbon fiber logo or forged carbon options. Paired with standard Grade 5 Titanium torx bolts.

Advanced Complex Undercutting & Pocketing

Every wheel incorporates our Patented Spoke-Lite® register that has proprietary cut-through bolt flange pockets, exposing the outer lip color while reducing the overall weight of each center. The industry standard for Form+Function with 360-degree surfacing and complex engineering inspired by the latest supercars.

Hub Pocketing

Each design has been standardized with Through-Hub Pockets between the lug holes that allow for more efficient heat dissipation and reduce un-sprung mass/weight on the wheel hub. Designs are offered under 5 unique build configurations that share and individualize newly developed details. Each set is engraved with your very own unique serial number, load rating and specs.

Optional Titanium Hardware

Every Wheel in the Spoke-Lite Series comes standard with Grade 5 Titanium hidden bolts. Our titanium hardware is 50% lighter than the standard steel hardware. With a tensile strength of 950 MPa and corrosion resistant, you can reduce over 1.5lbs per wheel.
